R-value: -

The R-value is the measure of thermal resistance of a material and determines the thermal capacity of the material. The HIGHER the R-value, the greater the resistance to heat flow and the BETTER the insulating effectiveness.


Lambda value: 0.031 W/m.K

The coefficient of thermal conductivity (W/m.K) or Lambda value indicates the rate at which heat is transmitted through a material. The LOWER this coefficient, the less efficiently the material conducts heat and the BETTER the material insulates.

R-value

Reveal thickness of the windows

Here you can specify the insulation thickness of your reveals. Please note, when renovating it is possible that you need to shorten a part of your original wall corner/reveal so that the insulation and the brick strips do not protrude too far over the window frame.
